Our Plan

To modernise and transform infrastructure, technology, and public services across our divisions — construction and civil works, ICT and digital systems, revenue and mobility solutions, and operations and maintenance — through sustained investment in capability, systems, and client sensitisation, in order to:

1. - Improve revenue collection efficiency across our revenue and mobility platforms,
2. - Improve customer and stakeholder convenience across every service we deliver,
3. - Improve service quality and reliability across construction, technology, and operational delivery, and
4. - Eliminate contravention and non-compliance across the regulatory and revenue systems we manage.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: to deliver safe, reliable, and well-managed infrastructure and services for the communities, businesses, and institutions we serve across Uganda. From the roads we build and the buildings we construct, to the technology systems, revenue platforms, and operations we run and maintain, we are committed to work that is convenient, dependable, and built to last.
